I can definitely attribute a lot of my success over the last few years due to the connections I made on Bigger Pockets and the things I've just simply learned by listening to and reading all the great info available here!

They did contact me asking to invest despite initially telling me it was full (space opened up, etc, etc) but I just ignored them after learning other's experience.I am happy I saved someone from this group. 

depends on your credit if you can get a mortgage or your ability to find good deals that you use hard money for and then refinance into DSRC.  

With how much equity you have in your primary if it was me I would think about doing a cash out refinance for the whole thing as rates would be lower.

What do you with more wholesalers did or didn't do?
