Nowadays, we're all experts in everything, thanks to YouTube and Google.

Start networking locally where you're at by attending some real estate meetups - just google it to find them.

You can google how to do it but local hardware store should have all the tools you need.

You can usually find some events by doing a simple google search.

Very easily found with a Google Image search.  

If you associate his name with an article and its on a reputable website (news) or even just their social media, it's a quick google search for his name by a PM, landlord or interested LP to throw up red flags.

First page google search has his own website and the "Top 100 Professionals" bio (you too can be a top 100 professional for a mere $5,000, or maybe it is $10,000).

You can achieve this by regularly checking the Search Terms report, routinely searching for your brand on Google, and pulling the actual keywords that are converted in your CRM.

Additionally, the macroeconomics here has seen significant growth - population and jobs are both growing, and major companies started moving and developing here (Intel, Google, Amazon, FB, etc).
