What are some tips to estimate what these expenses will be 6M, 1yr, 3yrs post purchase?

If there are any specific tips specifically trying to rent by the room house hack in a college, like things to look for in the house, how to estimate the correct rent, or anything similar to that i'd really appreciate the advice. 

Could you share some tips on how to find the builders or is there any platform that I can use to reach out to multiple builders to get quote once the architectural drawings are finalized?

I’d recommend checking the Midwest market.Another tip to help narrow down your options is to talk to your lender.
