I know one homeowner who was accused of removing a second story porch (violation was painting the railing) in order to avoid fixing the violation. 

I'm not going to assume anything more on this man, but it definitely looks like she may trying to put herself in a position to try to accuse you of some shady things.....definitely not saying you did something shady,..but I am sure she will accuse you of trying to cut some side deal with her and the deal has fallen apart because it sounds like there is something she has been able to communicate to the court that has convinced them it is worthy of having the case be re-opened.Stay stong my man. 

This could take a further month...Take pictures of everything and have a witness present, so that you can't be accused of stealing anything.It will take a long time to process and there is nothing you can do about it.After the initial shock wears off that this has actually happened, it's a case of putting one foot in front of the other and following what your attorney tells you, to the letter.I deliberated long and hard about posting this. 

@Chris Jensen I'm sure more than half of us are pooping as we reply to one another... well at least us men because girls still dont poop!

I had a backup in a unit with four girls living there, for the second time.

Deep down in your belly you really think this works out.This thread is similiar to the girl who quit her job and is hell bent on wholesaling.   

I guess one of the girls that lives there now is not good with money and is getting the electric turned off.

The realtor has become increasingly unprofessional and yesterday accused me of concealing the issue, and "of faulty workmanship and or lack of proper building practices and the renovator should be responsible and cover the cost of this repair, whatever the solution is."

Add to that that I am giddy like a school girl on prom night so I probably need more research before I take that plunge completely!!!! 

(FYI - 20 AMP breakers in houses with 3 teenage girls are not a good idea.)
