Clarify your strategy—whether it's rentals, flips, or house hacking—and build a team of agents, lenders, and contractors.

I am not sure I agree with that strategy.

We all need a solid strategy and we need to follow it, no exception.

Hi Ryan --- I am a co-host in Dallas, TX and use MTR strategy to maximize revenue for me and other investors.

Which means I'm evaluating the possible exit strategies for a long-term hold.
