In essence, they hand-hold you through on how to do two things:  First, find and tie up a select vacant commercial property, then Second get a prospective tenant who would agree to move into that subject property at a future date. 

Looking into the future, after we stabilize our current portfolio of loans we intend to start looking for new opportunities on highly discounted distressed debt which fall out from the pandemic.

On the other hand, I've been a lender for over 30 years and I can say for certain that past predicts the future when it comes to paying bills.

So even if they allow today, I think you put yourself at risk that they don't allow in the near futures.
