That's like comparing apples to French Fries. 

In a triplex building, one of my tenants caused a grease fire in one of my units  by walking away from frying bacon in an air fryer (admitted by the tenant) which caused major interior damage to the unit only because they mismanaged the fire poorly by turning on the vent-o-hood and opening the back door.

Currently, power is on but lightning blew a couple of breaker switches plus WiFi is down, modem is fried, dishwasher doesn’t work, dryer turns on but doesn’t heat, garage door opener doesn’t work and one Nest thermostat was fried.

If this tenant tends to fry a lot of food and isn't good about not pouring grease down the drain, that would be a red flag contributing to the damage.

One of my places is primarily weekends...but that can mean anything from the typical Fri - Sun, to Thurs - Sun, or Thurs - Mon, Fri - Tues, Etc......a LOT of people like to tack on an extra day for travel or whatever....Maybe you can just list it on VRBO or wherever and see what people want?

Okay, so what my husband and I want to do with our rental property when it sells is buy a small livestock hobby farm consisting of chickens/goats and a dog kenneling, and or a small organic vineyard.   

The more people who open it and stand in front of it for air conditioning or thinking about giving the dog a piece of chicken the harder it runs, the shorter it's life.Your picky tenant will never be happy.
