I did advertise it as $1,500 but when I got the reactions about it being such a good price, I updated my posts to say $1,700.

Prices are higher, but rents are very high as well.

Purchase price: $130,000 Cash invested: $9,000 Sale price: $185,000 I did not have the knowledge then to keep the property and pull money out to complete renovations to another property we purchased a year after this one that required a complete overhaul.

And in those events prices can rise dramatically!

Under contract but these buyers are getting a great home, great location, for a good price.

Neighborhoods to invest in is a more subjective topic as that is often dependent on the type of investment you're interested in, your price point and even the type of tenants, if that's the route your going,  that you are trying to attract.

They provided registered address and limited mail forwarding for free and the process was fast and efficient.
