If it looks like the windows are causing pressure possibly remove the mortar directly under the window sill & replace with a flexible caulk, Maybe plant hedge, climbing roses, clemantis, Ivy or Virginia Creeper or use flower window boxes & shutters to camoflauge the issue entirely LOL!
