I am new to biggerpockets.com so forgive me if this has been discussed already but, does the brrrr method work when working multifamily and if so can someone send me a case study or what the difference is

If the only MFH options you're finding are in areas you're not comfortable with, it might be worth focusing on a duplex in a better neighborhood.Saving up for a larger property later is a valid approach too, but keep in mind that real estate tends to appreciate over time, and waiting might make it harder to enter the market later.

For this type of a question I would suggest posting it in the multi-family forum.

What do you suggest I do for renting it now?

A fully paid for larger MF. 

What was your reason for not going for the lot split?  

Need letter from employer that either says they allow remote work or the hire is for Texas location.
