Maybe you  can try a joint partnership with an experienced Investor/flipper and get your feet wet , you would be bringing capital to the table so I am sure many people would like to do that with you:)

This is pushing many to look at areas that still offer strong cash flow backed by solid economic factors.I’m originally from Florida, but experienced the same issue after factoring in all the expenses.

I also suspect that most can recognize having occupancy gaps filled by an alternate OTA is a positive outcome. you can stay on a single OTA if you desire or you can follow the advice of the experienced posts that suggest otherwise.  

The more experienced they are, the harder it is for them to blame other people. 

A well qualified business broker or someone else experienced in those calculations (think someone with statistics/finance expertise) can easily do this.  

I attended local meet-ups, joined real estate associations, and even reached out to experienced professionals in my area.

I have gotten no communication from the company and after seeing some other people experiencing the same I feel that they are scamming.

In tight inventory markets like Boston, I encourage clients to clearly define their purchasing criteria, start looking, and then be patient.Some of the best deals I have seen or experienced personally happened during unusual circumstances.
