There are turnkey companies or platforms like Roofstock that assist investors in doing so or you can contact property management companies or look for investor friendly real estate agents in that market to assist you.

NSPIRE will be used for all HUD funded housing programs.With NSPIRE, inspectors for HUD-assisted and HUD-insured housing will be able to conduct objective, defensible, and consistent assessments to evaluate housing conditions.

Can you buy a double, triple or quad in the new market with that cash and down payment assistance and loan program so you can rent out the other units?

Our issue would be getting down payment assistance - we don't know how to get started with that.

Key areas to watch include interest rates and inflation, tax policies, affordable housing and rental assistance programs, regulatory environment, and supply-side initiatives.
