The challenge is whether you can find those deals and whether you have the right team to execute them.

We basically execute a form of the BRRRR strategy by targeting communities that require significant renovations or improved management to bring them back to profitability and then we are able to use the increased equity when we exercise the option. 

Basically saying the seller would pay a commission of XX percent based on the agreed total amount of an executed purchase and sale agreement.This way the seller does not play games with commissions.

I am actively researching markets like Cleveland and Columbus, but I remain very open to other opportunities.My goals are to successfully fund and execute a BRRRR project, build a team of veteran investors and mentors, and continue learning to attain financial freedom through real estate.Excited to connect with seasoned investors and mentors.

There will also be other corporations in Seattle that will also need temporary housing for executives and the like that can take the ferry. 

I am not in a rush, but I am eager to learn and execute.

So while I can't speak to Gregg's comment about the founders experience, it appears the founders have stepped back and brought in a full executive team.
