My piece of advice would be to make sure you have a great agent in your corner to help you assess the market, make informed decisions, etc. having a good agent can be day & nights difference when it comes to your experience.

From my experience, they are two different mindsets.

The amount of money you make is in a different digit.

Hello All, I took another look at their website and was trying to understand the difference between the individual Notes and the Funds.Am I correct in my thinking that ONLY Accredited Investors can do the Note Funds, while Individuals can do the individual notes?

If you're contributing less than the $23,500 then the difference can be put into the Solo 401k plus the profit sharing.

@Brian Stinson- I go between $2,500 and $5,000, but I'm in a different Midwest market so the pricing in probably different.
