I commented on another post recently where the website says "secured mortgages" which is what the sponsor invests in, but when you read the fine print your investment is unsecured.

As a contractor I provide free estimates, simply email the prints in PDF and 7-10 business days later you'll get a professional bid.

Unless you just like displaying defects, ceilings should always be flat white.

I then have my Chase Business Account linked to Stessa so it will import the payments and still run all the features that I like (Tracking Rental Income, P/L statements, Tax form simple print outs) because it will sync with my Chase Business account.Would love some advice from previous owners and users of Stessa.

Would be curious to know why they longer display it that way, because I did find it helpful to see where I fit in the distribution. 

The best I understand it commissions will no longer be displayed on the MLS and buyers representation agreements will be required along with a compensation disclosure that everyone signs showing what the buyers broker will make.Realtors aren't going anywhere as the home buying process is not simple and easy.

Especially when the print ad can include up to a dozen homes.

Be sure to check the fine print as some will charge a fee at closing.

if it is, I'd march down there, the principal broker is usually in the office or one of his team leaders should be and they should have the authority to print you a cancelation and sign it for you right there.
