How about when your competition is using bathroom sinks that are the ones that bowls ON the counter instead of in the counter?

Louis because of the price $60k to $100K usually 3-2 bedrooms and 2-1 bathrooms to put for section 8, but a lot of people said bad things about it that make me scared

My understanding is most of the hosts buy the property on a loan and then use their own capital to add rooms/bathrooms.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, and 1 bedroom/bathroom in the basement, there is also a separate basement entrance. 

A challenge that may arise, depending on the other tenant leases, is that they are all paying above market rates and will see the new rate being marketed and will want a discount at renewal.

If the note holder purchased the note at a discount he can accelerate his profits and increase his ROI by offering the borrower an incentive to pay off the note early, or to make e extra payments.
