I'm on the Board of Directors of the association our condo is part of.  

I did talk to the councilman of this district and he asked me to write a letter to he chair and he will try to help.

Left day job as Project Director to dedicate myself full-time to my real estate.

I currently work in the Commercial Real Estate Industry as a Software Director and ive always been intrigued in Buying/Selling homes.

My mother likes to say - you have one ***..pick a chair, and sit!

Then get on the Board of Directors  because you'll likely meet some people who have money and want to invest but don't have time - become a thought-leader similar to what @Michael Blank has done which is why @Pat Parrillolinked to his content - it's good stuff.

Hello Everyone,I currently live in Abilene, TX and serve as the Director of Basketball Operations at Abilene Christian University.

I just entered the real estate investing world last year after nearly 11 years in Haiti as a missionary and director/founder with Child Hope International.  

I've been in discussions with with a director of private banking at a local bank but in order for her to be involved she wants to wrap them into one commercial loan.
