The older homes I invest in have larger rooms with tall ceilings.  2 bulb lights leave the rooms dim and dingy looking. 

Sounds like maybe the pilot won't stay lit which most likely would be fixed with just a pilot cleaning and a new thermocouple

It seems the events of the past year have lit the spark to what may turn into a major migration event.

When he pulled up to the multifamily home it was brightly lit, fenced off, exterior cameras...... the safest place on the block.

Perhaps they don't know what they are doing or as someone said, it is having a combination of burners on or the order in which they are lit.

I’m in Philadelphia and add the catalytic converter stolen off my Honda Element in a pretty nice neighborhood right in front of a business with cameras that was well lit.

Hopes for a stronger economy later in the year also dimmed.

That is what lit the fire of investing in me. 

I just close on 2 family property  in Central New Jersey with FHA but have no cash flow as the Tanant's already pay low rent till the lease expires but anticipate to get it lit up and cash flowing.
