My background is in software dev and I worked on a major bank’s REO website query improvements so I’m quite confident it’s not an earth shattering technological challenge.

This is what leads us to have around 16% of our population believing that Earth is flat. 

In the logical part of my brain I understand and very much desire to develop passive income and I know that REI is likely the best way on earth to do this.

@Joe CarterIf you make it to Wichita - welcome - I like the Northeast (Specifically Manhattan which is about all I've visited and loved everytime) but no way in Gods Green Earth I'd live there full time. 

He starts off with having the right mindset, gets into the weeds of what he looks for in a property, goes through the whole transaction process (offer to closing) and wraps it up with thinking about the exit strategies for the end of our earthly lives. 

Why on Earth will you advise someone to invest in ira, 401ks etc.

We have 1.2 BILLION MORE people on earth today. 

Do you NEED to disturb that amount of ground in order to benefit from the bonus OR is the city saying that when you disturb that much earth that you HAVE to have a stormwater plan (green roof being one of the many options).

How on earth is this profitable?
