You should be able to diagnose it from there whether to wipe or to replace the drywall. 

He diagnosed it as the coil was bad and it needed to be replaced.

Wow, how time flies, I don't expect anyone to reply to this... and honestly I don't know why I'm even writing this, maybe as some sort of catharsis for how my real estate "dreams" never got off the ground almost 10 years ago.My father was diagnosed with cancer shortly after my posts here and from there I became the sole provider while he had an operation.

On top of that I was diagnosed with blood cancer in Sept 2021 and continued to live in a different primary residence to be near proper medical care. 

My wife was diagnosed with cancer so we are dealing with that also.

She currently doesn't have one but was recently diagnosed and this was one of the recommendations in lieu of medication.
