@Dayana Castellon the only marketing that would make sense is marketing Airbnb & VRBO are NOT covering already.Maybe market directly to insurance companies looking for rentals for their clients needing temporary housing while their fire-damaged home is being repaired.Corporate travel departments might be another option.Hospitals with resident doctor programs.The challenge will be doing this marketing efficiently enough to make it worthwhile.

Another issue is the gas station includes a liquor store so opening a new company to buy out business would mean losing the age of liquor license which may be beneficial in the future if they pass a law on permitting more liquor licenses to existing holders.

U know like banks that have long lost accounts.. escrow money that is refunded and cant find the borrower ( this happened to me personally LOL) those funds go to the transportation department at the state.. so who could figure that out with out a little digging.
