If the the end-buyers lender, or cash or however, funds the B to C contract closing first, Dosen't that defeat the purpose of even using trans funding?

The 3 year deal is not really financeable as a net lease deal and would be underwritten as a normal commercial building loan which in some ways defeats the purpose of owning net lease in the first place.
