Most (but not all) plans allow you to do it but check with your plan administrator before pursuing this route.

It's a little disturbing that anyone can type your name into the county's real estate database and pull up every property you're associated with.

As an example I have been in the business for almost 15 years so the sites you mentioned I have a database of thousands of sites I have built up over the years with my network.Even within the larger NNN listing brokerages lot's of their properties never go to the main company website.

Also, have a fee for the administrative work of adding or removing a tenant. 

I've required rent up front for the entire period, proof of funds to ensure they could cover rent 3x for each month they were staying and a letter from their program administrator ensuring that the students were on rotation and were required to relocate after their rotation was over.
