I had a tree (the neighbors tree) that fell on the roof of my rental and damaged it severely so now I have to change the whole roof.So during the hurricane I had an insurance called Citizens, but right after the hurricane they switched me to a different insurance (Slide)...Will you please help me with my questions:1) My coverage was for a policy that is not a rental but  partially owner occupied (its a duplex), because I lived there but then moved out and did not switch the coverage to a rental.

I mean, they are technically a squatter themselves so why not just put another squatter in that will make them miserable wow keeping them from damaging the property who will then vacate the property whenever that one’s gone.

Here's some copy & paste advice we hope you find useful:----------------------------------------------------------------------Recommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.Property Class will typically dictate the Class of tenant you get, which greatly IMPACTS rental income stability and property maintenance/damage by tenants.If you apply Class A assumptions to a Class B or C purchase, your expectations won’t be met and it may be a financial disaster.If you buy/renovate a Class A property in Class D area, what quality of tenant will you get?

I furnished them from estate sales and local furniture shops, and the furniture/sheets/towels become damaged over time and need some care.I have a PM manage the remote houses, and they cash flow just fine, the PM handles issues that come up, and they paid off the debt on them once.
