As we kick off 2025, the real estate market is continuing to evolve, presenting both opportunities and challenges for investors.

I’m looking to continue buying in Las Vegas and am interested in the mid term renal game. 

These will be LTRs and I will most definitely be playing the long game with these.In addition, as rates go down in the future (hopefully) I plan to refinance as most of us do.
