Unfortunately there competitiveness in the market and cut throat antics give the other offices (company) a bad name. 

There's so much population, job growth, and companies moving and developing here (Intel, FB, Google, Microsoft, Honda, LG, Anduril, etc).

Investors would expect a company like yours to have an app because so many forums have web and mobile apps.

We have a local roadside assistance company here that charges only $15 a month for hassle free roadside help here at the apartments and around our valley for our student tenants  that may be new to car troubles and away from home!

One thing I wanted to point out is that typically the brokerage company has a policy as to what the minimum amount the agent is allowed to charge.
