Hi Jessica, I would suggest getting a propstream or any other lead generation account, finding cash buyers who bought similiar properties to yours in the last 3-6 months in the area of the properties you are looking to sell, skip trace then cold call or cold texting the list. 

Rental properties are owned by landlords.

Are they doing everything possible to expose properties to the broadest possible market?

We placed our biggest bet on a single property, class B shares.

This ensures you have a proof of concept to show the commercial appraiser.  

Wondering also if there are lenders that would have an appetite for this type of property?

I have flipped multiple properties mostly land and SFH.
