I've asked several people who said you don't but the city who issued a citation thanks to the tenants, say you need an inspection before renting?

I keep getting citations from the city for people illegally dumping near my dumpster on one of my Multi units.  

Obviously this has lead to citations for trash, that doesn't even belong to my tenant, (and af fine for not having a dumspter medaillion.....????)

Noel,You might want to be careful because I read an article not long ago about the City of Phila cracking down on illegally posted bandit signs by issuing costly citations.

So the $115.00 snow removal bill is due April 20, and the $313.00 citation ticket is due May 8. 

I'll reference this Citation back to him and see if he still wants to honor his price.  

I'm not sure if Atlanta has violations/citations for this.
