A cancer poisons the entire system

A couldn't even look for work and B just in bed blaming him being tired to his testicular cancer and HIV+ status of which he has done nothing, not even doctors visit or go to a support group, to help in the recovery.

Because I have not walked, driven, and not worked for 9 years, and about 15 months ago my wife was diagnosed with terminal cancer and she had to move me into an "old folks" home right after that and she passed on in September and we managed to stay married and dealt with being separated. 

He has cancer and gets sick very often, my schedule is hectic, and we can rarely meet or talk on the phone.

Quick background: My mom and I inherited several single family homes this year when my dad died quickly from brain cancer.

One had a heart attack, the other had cancer and they are ready to retire and downsize.

The owner is in a tough situation, he's a military veteran and he's going through cancer treatments, needless to say I would love to help him out but I need some ideas.

Sadly a woman that does haircuts next doors friend has stage 4 cancer.

My parents are downsizing (Dad has cancer) so I'm hoping to find a duplex that my wife and I can househack and rent the other half to my parents (I'm guessing they'll pay rent on time :D ) I am so excited to expand my network and I'm wondering if there is anyone out there who is a devoted Christian, doing Real Estate for the Lord's Glory and His Glory alone, and would like to connect and run this race together!
