I would make sure your future PMAs have reference to that provision.As far as paying for vacant properties and no escape clause for sale - this is a lesson learned - make sure you understand what service you are paying for upfront.

I suppose we could go back and fourth on the validity of your example of the rent / fight / murder, but for now the purpose of what I am saying here is if a customer isn't comfortable with the contract, their time is better spent moving on to a different PM than spending time and money trying to change their contract, cuz it ain't happening. that I can agree on :) Keep rocking it brother.Â

Maybe your perception was different, but I remember the sense we had at Wacker Neuson going through rounds of layoffs, dealers defaulting, order cancelations and no sense when the construction equipment industry would recover, or if there would even be a full recovery - ever.. nobody had ever seen anything like it. 2008 was bad, I think Lehman Brothers collapsed in October, by 2009 we had to assume the equipment industry would never be the same.
