Steven Skinner Owner-Financing: Seller Carryback vs. Land Contract
18 December 2017 | 11 replies
Such as here in Georgia, you can 1) go for the foreclosure, 2) sue on the contract, 3) rescind the contract and bring ejectment, or 4) rescind the contract, re-enter and re-possess, with three and four depending on whether the property is occupied or not.It wouldn't surprise me if I was overlooking something blatantly obvious at this point, so feel free to wave the answer in my face if that's the case.

Kristy Pedersen Appraisal Bias on BRRR
21 August 2023 | 25 replies
Therefore, an appraiser must first determine the market boundaries, and then consider how buyers in that market behave.A blatant example of this might be when you have two properties that sell for a similar amount, next door to each other, but the homes on them are very different - say maybe one is a big beautiful thing and the other is a small junker.
