Ultimately, choosing the right PM comes down to figuring out what your own specific goals are and then aligning those goal with the right PM.

But your expectations have to align with who you are doing business with and what you are buying. 

If the issues seem overwhelming and beyond your comfort level, it might be wise to pass on this property and look for a newer one that aligns better with your experience and budget.

Also make sure that your values align. 

It has caused my foundation to shift and my doors are no longer aligned.

I know my goals align with trying to build generational wealth for my family and trying to create my own real estate business that helps support my family/friends in whatever goals they want to accomplish.
