I’m new to the field, but I’m eager to learn, connect, and grow with like-minded individuals who have experience or are also just starting out.I’ve always been drawn to entrepreneurship, and wholesaling real estate caught my attention as a great way to build a business while helping others find investment opportunities.

I'm seeking to be in an environment with like minded individuals to learn and network to grow my portfolio and eventually network to collaborate on larger deals once I have a better understanding of the commercial side. 

I prefer graduate students whenever possible because they don't have time for partying, are of legal age anyway, and generally tend to be by themselves or with a partner so it's more like renting to a couple.
