You think people that can afford those prices want some stranger living in their back yard?

or like anyone paying 30k for homes in Cupertino in the 60s  sky hi sum.. or when i went to buy my first home in 78 Cupertino was 100k who could afford that.

Let me ask you this question, could you pick any of the following walking down the street:Andrew Florance, Carrie Wheeler, Bruce Flatt, Robert Reffkin, David Nunes...Put it this way, if you cannot afford a full-time attorney on your payroll, you do not need to have a complex legal structure. 

Or was it too complicated or frustrating to complete a search that way? 

Especially in a market like Charleston where affordability has become a huge pain point in recent years.

The prices are still really affordable compared to other cities, but you get solid rental income potential.

I am only 36 years old so I can afford to wait and hold.  

Unfortunately most lack the balance sheet to obtain favorable financing, can't afford to put any skin in the game and fail to make a compelling reason for why the investment makes sense or to justify the structure they are seeking.

In Land Investing Online there is a free support group as well as an affordable monthly subscription (I think $100) where you can share your deals for input from the other members. 

But real estate has afforded me a life that I never thought was possible.
