I've had a lot of success (at least thus far) academically, so in 5-10 years I'd love to have the credentials that would entice a top 25 business school where I could pursue my MBA.

I also have a nephew i am 100% invested in, both in academics and sports. 

They would be moving to finish out an academic program, but their combined salaries would be able to cover 2 rent payments without a sublease.

We can go on and on in an academic debate over when a recession will happen and what the catalyst will be, and we will probably all be wrong ... to me the key is in the follow up question of what are you doing to prepare.
