I actually got a phone from Walmart and set it up on a "Fake" email address for all of my leads.

A major employer just finished a nine figure construction project about five miles away, a new Super Wal-Mart just went up about a mile away, and a Chevy dealer just built a new dealership in town. 

Walmart has plenty of month to month phone plans.

The owner is offering a $100 gift card to walmart if you keep your vehicle parked in your own driveway this month and if they get a contract on the property.

My prior locations that I had drawn out were all near Wal-Marts (I know, very typical), and or shopping malls.

I'm not sure of all the tenants' stories yet, but I know a few work overnight at Walmart.

Comes in a variety of colors and it's $25 a gal or $8.50 a quart at Walmart.

Worked at a Walmart distribution center loading the back of semi-trucks with ALL the things that are sold at Walmart.
