Like Michelle Na posted, if they really valued anything there, they would have taken it with them when they left in the first place.If you have been a landlord for long enough, you know that tenants always leave unwanted stuff behind - whether it is to downsize, or move less stuff with them, or to have somebody else toss the unwanted stuff into the trash.  

But for now I do not want to attract unwanted attention from the city.

hi all, just curious to know what are the best escape clauses for wholesaling so you (the wholesaler) doesn't get stuck with an unwanted property. 

I have had unwanted people come into my house and my dog jumps up and without barking but wagging his tail thinking whoever it is, will take him for a walk or a ride in their car.  

I've also seen "sound machines" advertised at places like Walmart that are supposed to help block out unwanted noise, but I've never tried one.

You said getting new tenants is not a problem, so unless it is an unwanted hassle to that's probably your best option.You do away with the maintenance and upkeep of the machines, the utility expenses and if you're right about neighbors using the laundry reduce the traffic onto your property which can only be a good thing.
