I currently own 2 vacation rentals in the beach town in Florida where I live and have a good record regarding income and consistent 5-star reviews.Now I want some properties in a college town where I have 2 sons in school.

Before doing so, I wanted to make sure I had All-Star realtor I could work with, and what better forum to seek such a person that Bugger Pockets?!

They have a 2 star rating on nerdwallet, 1.5 star rating on yelp, 5 star rating on zillow (i don't know about the zillow ratings...i noticed that a lot of lenders and realtors on zillow have close to perfect ratings.), "A" rating on BBB (although 80% of the comments left for caliber on the BBB website are negative, apparently customer comments are not taken into consideration for BBB ratings), and a 4.5 star rating on consumer affairs.I know when it comes to online reviews, people are a lot more apt to writing a negative review when something goes wrong versus a positive one when everything goes as expected. 

In NYC, I found out that there are four exemption categories as follows: School Tax Relief (STAR) Basic STAR, Enhanced STAR, Senior Citizen Homeowners Exemptions (SCHE), and Disabled Homeowners Exemptions (DHE). 

And, try setting the price a little lower at first, then once you get a few 5 star reviews, you can raise the price.  

Hey all, I have had a passion for real estate since I was out of high school, and even attempted to get my licence about 15 years ago, but the stars never aligned. 

The only segment I believe we are close to supply meeting demand is the 5 star luxury department market in downtown Milwaukee.

Down payment would have been about 8k, annual taxes in Albany, NY for this property are 6200 (with star credit) and then closing costs were approximately 3% (6210) of the loan amount so in this case all cost would have come to 20k which we do not have at this time.

is there any BP rock stars in the Jackson, Ms and surrounding  area
