I too have a few units where credit history isn't the main screening criteria, but they're not in the 'hood'.I did not say that I have 1 place and I did not say that I have 1 family Sir. 

I agree @Joe Norman that Dundalk could be a good one, it seems like many investors like severna park.

Nighi Le , Yes sir , the $16,000 is what I have in Cash and what it will cost me to acquire the Property I just need right around $35,000 to do all the Rehab and Repair work .
