But there also should have been a payment schedule...All you can do now is to go to the Contractors License Board in your state and maybe call the local DA.

If you get nowhere, you can contact the DA's office and see if they are sympathetic and willing to consider criminal charges or push the police to investigate more.If you can't get any traction this way, your best bet it to sue the tenants in court.

I specifically stated PARTNERSHIP, and Private $, NOT HML, nobody give a da#m about any HML'er.

My point was that if something was already known to the SEC and/or DA, they would have had them cease operations.
