You'll have access to the MLS which will give you the ability to accurately comp properties, look up expired listings, buy and wholesale properties off the MLS (Tons of people doing that here), etc.Plus, if the seller isn't motivated enough to want to take a cash offer and would rather list the property, you can list it at a discounted rate and still monetize the lead that way.

We have the leads coming in, but attempting to monetize the deals that dont work wIth a tradItIonal Wholsale deal.

Make phone calls, e-mails, etc.There are land bank owners that hold to flip land for profit, investors that buy land and entitle it to sell off for profit,  and then others who are developers to create buildings on the land to monetize the dirt.

Does anyone know how to monetize the tax credits so you can use that money to reduce your perm loan amount?

I bought a duplex with lots of land that I unfortunately can not build on.  Does anyone have any experience buying shipping containers??  I want to put some back there and rent them or use it as an up sell on the rent.

An alternate approach would be for you to take additional "back-end" upside that occurs as profits are generated or as your properties appreciate in value (and you monetize that appreciation).
