Hello,I am remodeling my multi family house (3 flats) to modern.

Investment Info:Single-family residence other investment in Los AngelesGilmore Homes - Gilmore Loans, LLC is launching its affordable housing model soon, the MG 599 Modern Model.

It's a bit removed from being modern enough for me.

The layout of the lot would have to be just right (for example a corner lot) and the main house may need to be discounted depending on what's happening there (for example if now there is no garage, part of the backyard was chopped, etc.). 

I think there are many over looked opportunities like mother in law suites, finished basements with walk out, finished garage, or building an ADU, renting to room mates to offset cost, etc.

Then I would still have to do additional work on kitchen,bathrooms, leak around chimney, garage doors, and other misc items.
