You do still see significant growth in the gentrifying neighborhoods a few removed from Center City, but a lot of the demand has been sucked out by Millennials choosing to accelerate their move to the suburbs, and Gen Z just getting out of college deciding to boomerang back with their parents for a year or two since they can't enjoy the perks of city life right now anyway.

They are 3 millennials, which I think is a great tenant profile for this pandemic. 

And specifically from the millennial generation moving out of the metro areas?

Unfortunately tik tok has led everyone of us millennials to hunt for the “I turned $100 into $100K in real estate.”

Also military vets, mechanics, gearheads.... then there are millennials, and hipsters.Think about all the cool old gas stations and garages that have been converted.

In recent years San Antonio has also attracted large number of millennials.

I need your help determining what would be that ultimate "Fifth" source of Income I know many have figured these income streams - specially baby boomers (born between 1946 and 1964)  and Gen X  (born between 1965 and 80) and I as a Millennial requesting baby boomers and Gen X to advice as they are the one's who have laid down a strong foundation for us "millennials" so that we can do the same for Gen Z , Y.Bring it on!!!!!
