Matt Mason can be more specific on what you mean by this statement: "When you ask most Anericans would they rather have the gas tax indexed to inflation or increase the depreciation life real estate investors can take, I don't have much doubt which one they would choose."

@Matt Hoyt Experts can weigh in here, but I believe according to Fannie Mae guideline, one is not eligible for cash out refinance if he or she has more than four financed properties (unless refinancing is done within 6 months of purchase date).

@Matt Hintzke, If it's tough to find deals on the market, I would recommend aiming for deals that aren't on the market.
