If I get called to change a light bulb, which has actually happened to me, I give them a checklist of things that are expected to be done by the tenant, including changing light bulbs, I also gave them a link to youtube  ;)

Yea they got a paywall, but since I am annoyed with that reporter for writing a story about Morris suing me but never following up with an article when I whooped Morris a** in that lawsuit here is one of the nuggets from the article.
