Though the chances of that happening to both the carbon monoxide alarm AND 3 smoke alarms at the same time are slim, I will give you the benefit of the doubt rather than assume that they were deliberately removed. That said, I want to remind you of item 11 section 3 of our agreement, which states: Tenant shall replace furnace filter every 3 months and test smoke and carbon monoxide alarms monthly, replacing batteries (or informing Landlord of need for replacement alarm) whenever necessary.and item 21 section b, which states: No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere in or on the premises, including in the yard/s, on the front stoop, in the garage, or in the driveway, etc.According to ORS 90.325, Tenant Responsibilities, section (2)(a), a tenant may not remove or tamper with a smoke alarm, smoke detector or carbon monoxide alarm as described in ORS 105.842 (Tampering with carbon monoxide alarm) or 479.300 (Removing or tampering with smoke alarm or smoke detector prohibited).

James Sanders Advice: RE line of credit for newbie
18 January 2017 | 1 reply
I've been talking to big banks (JP Morgan, HSBC, etc.) that will provide a secured line of credit at a rate of $1 to $1 security (if I put $1M into an account with them, they'll give me a $1M line of credit at a low interest rate) but the assets need to be in accounts with their bank.
