:lol: Also, another part of the sidewalk the guy installed these ugly pink fake brick pavers, and they are desintegrating. part of the sidewalk lets two inches of water collect when the snow melts in the spring, making it hard to walk on for about two weeks.

Unless you have a huge sq. ft home, $20k for a new roof is way too high and minor repairs should be around $500 as Jason stated.If you have a roof in snow country where the angle is very steep, prices can get higher, but I don't think that is the case here.

I hope to have notice of it on BP by Friday.I'm tweaking the technique a bit: advertising it for about 3 weeks, rather than 5 days, advertising it nationwide, rather than just the local area (we do get snow birds), and offering separate inspection periods for people with EI/MCS, because of their needs.
