Hi Everyone, I'm a real estate agent in Southern Utah trying to grasp this great opportunity of the current market conditions.

Take a look at this chart , I show this to my more high level clients that can grasp the concept of the different adjustments on a traditional mortgage.  

They have NO idea what it’s like to own a home and can’t grasp the concept of renting one.

I'd like to think that I have a good grasp on what I want and how to get there but gotta put rubber to the road and work for it.  

They'll be most comfortable with lending at a lower loan amount since they'll have a better grasp/handle on the market.

When there are multiple deaths of health workers, we obviously don't have a grasp of the situation and need to fear the unknown. 

Take a deep dive into the property you mention the BRRRR method, make sure you are factoring in the repairs and holding cost into your analysis and have a firm grasp of the after repair value.The more time you spend on getting deep into the numbers before you acquire the property the smoother it will go make sure you are doing your due diligence and dedicate the time to understanding the numbers before you pull the trigger.

You are going to spend too much, even when being cheap on materials, you are going to get bamboozled by service providers, and you are going to want to grasp at all advice, not knowing which is the best.

I originally came out of the Construction business before building several more businesses and getting a grasp in market segments, investments worthwhile etc. 

The neighbor couldn’t grasp what I was telling him at first.
