There have been quite a number of red flags and warnings in this thread and many of your responses tend to be, "but what about this and this is why that is" leading me to believe you have already made up your mind that moving forward is a good idea so I wont try and change your mind but again, warn you that some things in this syndication are outside the norm and the promised rates of return (STR's in the package included) are abnormally high leading me to believe that the investors will have a much higher chance of disappointment than satisfaction.

@Adam Pervez I wouldn’t recommend just investing further away because people are promising rainbows and unicorns.

Hopefully, Quinn (or Archie) can bring them back to the promised land and next year's top 10. 

You pitch with hype and huge promises, what kind of student do you think you are going to get?

I can promise you will learn nothing from these events which you cannot learn online or through LOCAL groups. 

I just recently rented out 2 rooms, and I had what seemed like 5-10 people a day reach out, though I will admit some were scams or what seemed to be fake accounts.

Besides, since they did the design/drawings, regardless of anything you do or sign, they will ALWAYS be responsible for any problems (real or fake) that comes from anyone using their plans.
