I did consider the fact that multiples can be complex and time-consuming (which I am leaning away from).

How do you typically evaluate or assess the level of risk when dealing with more complex scenarios, like foreclosures or borrowers with bad credit?

Be sure to have plenty of room for parking, as this can kill the functionality of the overall complex if you don't.
